The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with smart TVs with free spectrum app cable TV 125+ channels available in the living room. We also provide board games for you and your group to enjoy in our game room.

- 1st floor: When you walk in, you will see our welcoming living room with fireplace, connecting to the dining area. There is also a sofa that can be turned into a bed. The kitchen is right on the right-hand side of the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. There is a powder room right on the right-hand side of the entrance door.

- 2nd floor: There are 2 bedrooms (queen size) and 1 shared full bathroom.

*** SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
- Single bedroom 1 upstairs (queen size bed x1)
- Single bedroom 2 upstairs (queen size bed x1)
- living room (sofa bed x 1)

*** The unit has a coin laundry system, please bring quarters to operate.

Other things to note
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.

**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.

**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

*** Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.

Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket.

There is plenty of street parking for you to use. Please keep noise to a minimum so that we won't distract other tenants who live around the area.
