✅🌙 NATURAL + FREEWAY SOUND: Due to the house's proximity to the park/lake and freeway, it means you may hear crickets/frogs/traffic at night. We recommend bringing earplugs to help if you’re sensitive to sound.

⛰️ STEEP DOWNWARD SLOPE: The home sits on a downward slope—please use caution walking/driving.

🏙️ ROOPTOP CAPACITY: Max 8 people (~1,600 lb)—please be mindful with the max capacity and proceed with caution using the stairs leading to the rooftop area.

🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

👶 Pack ’n play available but linens not provided (baby skin sensitivity) 🧺

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
🐾 Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.
