Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in San Diego, pool heating is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day (Sep 16th to April 30th) or $50 (May 1st to September 15th), with a two-day minimum. Guests just need to pay for the specific days needed. 24-hour advance notice is required, as it will take at least 8 hours for the pool to heat up. Thank you!

🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).

🧹 Maintenance: Pool techs & gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

🚫 Parking: Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets 🚓
